live it to give it is all about love and connection. Being authentic. Living our lives and sharing it with others. Life is messy and so is this blog. Somedays my organized coach self shows up. Other days it's my vulnerable author. There's a mom that lives inside me alongside a wife, friend, social justice activist, creative muse, ponderer extraordinaire, and multitude of others. I'll introduce you to people who inspire me and offer a peek into my world that very likely intersects with your world. In other words, I will share life in its full, glorious mess with you. I'm honored you're here and I hope you'll come back soon!!  Cheers! Kayce

Live it to Give it Interview with Artist Robin Bray

Since that time, she has become a poster child for transformation and following your dreams. Where I see things in words, she captures them with her paintbrush.

Exploring Life's Artistry

“Being an artist and a rebel (and yes, a monk) is about dancing on the edges where others dare not go and discovering there is bursting, abundant, overflowing life within. It’s about transforming work into play and witnessing joy in the midst of sorrow. It’s about playing with all the colors of the spectrum and creating one’s own definition of beauty.”

The Art of Possibility: “It’s All Invented”

Welcome to “On the Same Page” – an online book club hosted by four fun-loving coaches (Kanesha Baynard, Betsy Pearson, Amy Steindler & me) who have made our careers by launching into the ‘vast universe of possibility.’ Our carefully selected book this spring is "The Art of Possibility" by Rosamund Stone Zander and Benjamin Zander. This week I have the privilege of introducing the first chapter, “It’s All Invented” or as I tend to call it, “We Make Stuff Up.”

The Art of Pondering - A Search for Meaning

Marketing gurus and life coaches are constantly tossing around words like “niche” and “brand.” To be perfectly honest, both words kind of make me gag. It probably comes from living inside a perfectly constructed box for much of my life and now that I’ve broken free I resist going back inside. But… and there’s always a but… if I had to select my niche or brand then I would have to say it is Pondering. I Ponder.
