paris manifesto

“Paris” is a BIG prompt for this Paris-loving lady! One of the things I do when I’m coaching people about journaling or writing or Life is to break things down into small steps. Begin with what feels manageable. Use a prompt if that helps!
A prompt is a magical thing. Like a new day, it can take us on a journey beyond our wildest imagination. Perhaps that is what flirty is? Moving from one thought to the next ~ with love. Taking our souls for a stroll. Flitting, flirting in this open morning space where seat meets cushion and pen meets paper. What will you flirt with today? What will I?
I tear up each time someone mentions Paris or I see the colors of the French flag displayed on a Seattle high-rise or a neighbor’s front porch. I want to pay my own tribute and feel that I don’t know how. I open my journal from a month ago and realize I didn’t feel like I knew how to pay tribute to the City of Light even before the recent tragedy.
Today I arrive in the City of Lights. Oo la la. I thought you might enjoy these highlights of what it just might look like to come along!
