Chat with Kat - Let's talk!
I’m setting aside tomorrow (Friday October 4) for “free”-spirited conversations (“Chat with Kat”). I know it’s short notice. Isn’t that grand? You can be spontaneous along with me!

I have a friend or perhaps I should say “nemesis” who lives inside my head. I call her Lucille. While Lucille has shown up before I don’t recall her moving in for this long or being quite so demanding.
Why do we think things have to be linear? If I do X then Y will happen. Maybe it's our math brain, the left side that likes being scientific and proving things. If there's one thing I've learned in my journey of personal growth and healing: Life is NOT linear. Doing X does not always result in the Y we imagined.
Bottom line: life doesn’t always look like we plan, but the ingredients for a satisfying recipe are always at hand.
