Do you feel like you are not in control of your life, or your destiny? The idea of spending time doing nothing causes fear in our society. Sleeping late, sitting still, napping—whole cadres of people fear these moments of stillness, of non-productive time. “There’s too much to do!” your mind screams. “Get up! Don’t be LAZY!”
