a little space

Come near, that no more blinded by man's fate,
I find under the boughs of love and hate,
In all poor foolish things that live a day,
Eternal beauty wandering her way.

Come near, come near, come near--Ah, leave me still
A little space for the rose-breath to fill!

--William Butler Yeats

the sun is shining
the fog is lifting
words of beauty speak again
my eyes have opened
my heart is grateful
friends have drawn near &
still left me space for breath to fill.

blessings to all who read here today. peace.

Lucy, glad you walked the valley. Sounds like you are safely approaching the other side. Welcome back. Love, Pamela

Thanks for visiting Sacred Ruminations earlier and directing my attention here ;--)

You were right ... this does
raise my spirit as I read
what you've written here

I can't believe it's been 10 days since you left ... because somehow I've not found time to catch up here at 'Diamonds' when I was certain I would. Sigh! Maybe tomorrow ... or Sunday? In any case ... WELCOME BACK LUCY!!! I'll look forward to whatever you decide to share about your experiences in future posts.

Hugs and blessings,
