out of the silence...

There is no arriving ever. It's all a continual becoming.
Stop trying to improve yourself.
Listen each moment.
You're not expected to be THE controller.

Stop trying to improve yourself.
Having no inherent power of action,
You're not expected to be THE controller.
To receive, an empty space needs to be there.

Having no inherent power of action,
Listen each moment.
To receive, an empty space needs to be there.
There is no arriving ever. It's all a continual becoming.

Thanks for sharing this. But what does it mean 'having no inherent power of action'? This seems so contrary to our way of life and thinking, that we are in control of our destiny. How do you know what to do at any point in time? Why ever get up off of your cushion? These are questions that come back to me often. Thanks!

Jacqueline - that is a wonderful question... it's something i continue to ponder, because i, too, believe we are in control of our destiny...yet/and/sometimes... doesn't it feel just the opposite? Perhaps we are called to do those things (Listen, Let go, etc.) even when we feel there is no "inherent power." It seems like both/and - powerful and powerless... neither is right nor wrong, they just are.
Thank you for helping me step into this even more!
